Anaesthetic
Unfortunately, we are not able to supply you with numbing gel. QLD Health regulations require you to order and pay for this yourself.
It MUST be ordered in your name from a compounding pharmacy. It cannot be purchased over the counter or at “any” chemist.
Mix Pharmacy in Springwood & Ipswich or Byron Compounding Pharmacy on the Gold Coast supply great 10% anaesthetic cream/gel.
Please Note: You do need to give them 24-48hrs notice so they can prepare it for you. Cost: $35 10gr (with epinephrine which controls any spot bleeding and/or swelling – very important if you are taking blood thinners & for eyeliner clients or clients that have red hair/very fair skin)
1 x 10gr tub is enough for 2+ treatments.
Rescheduling & Deposits
Reminder SMS: You’ll receive an SMS reminder 7 days beforehand, if you think you need to reschedule please do so then.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment please give me as much notice as possible.
No Shows will not be rebooked.
Less than 24hrs notice will result in full payment being required to rebook. I am very sorry to be so firm, but unfortunately due to previous experience I have had to implement much stricter policies!
Package Deals
Package deals must be done on the same day to take advantage of the discount. and retouch must be completed within the 6-8wk timeframe (any longer may attract extra charges)
They can’t be spilt up and redeemed at a later date as this defeats the purpose (of saving time and money)
Phones
NO phones in treatment area please.
Please turn them down and leave them in your bag. This is to prevent me from getting a fright during your procedure! Some ring tones are loud and distracting so unfortunately FOR YOUR SAFETY I’ve had to implement much stricter policies!
Your Quote
Please make sure you understand your quote (A new cosmetic tattoo treatment area is always 2 treatments 4-6 weeks apart).
Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards, ZipPay, ZipMoney & AfterPay & PayID is available. *Cash is not kept on the premises and no change is available.
PLEASE NOTE: Leaving your retouch treatment longer than 6-8 weeks will incur extra charges.
Other Important Stuff
Your Cosmetic Tattoo is NOT a beauty treatment! Please take your treatment, preparation and aftercare seriously.
Make sure you;
1) Eat beforehand to avoid low blood sugar during treatment.
2) Read the Medical Checklist
3) Order your 10% Anaesthetic Gel or bring a tube of Numb-it
4) Check google maps so you know where you are coming
5) Please come alone as there is no waiting room available
6) For a number of reasons, please do not bring children with you
7) Please plan ahead for special events or holidays. Read more about treatment timing HERE
Tips:
- Don’t drink gallons of water beforehand (to avoid multiple trips to the loo lol)
- Remove loop or pearl earrings as a safety issue and to avoid staining them.
- Don’t wear a white top in-case pigment gets on it.
