- No alcohol 48hrs beforehand
- Do not take aspirin, niacin, Vit E or IBUprofen (72hrs)

- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have an open wound or infectious skin condition
- Are allergic to anaesthetic ingredients
- Are sunburnt in the treatment area
- Have a pacemaker
- Are prone to keloid scarring
- Have had chemo in the last 12 months
- Have a cold sore - Lips only
- Are using lash serums - Eyeliner only
- Have lash extentions - Eyeliner only
- Have had facial surgery in the past 3 months
